If you are not familiar with the Art Disaster parties, they consistently offer excellent lineups of some of Austin’s best bands, with the occasional touring outfit thrown in to balance the bill. This installment features as the headliner our Sound Off band of the week, Brownout!, whose Latin funk jams should not be missed. But that’s not all!
