Could the Octopus Project be any more adorable? We mean that in a good way, but seriously, they’re going to be your kid sister’s new favorite band, if they aren’t already. That’s alright though, because it just ensures that your kid sister will have good taste in music. Thanks O.P.! The local quartet premiered their new video for “Wet Gold” today on Stereogum, showcasing their new vocal harmonies and once again allowing the Zellner Bros. to work their magic. The song is off of their new enhanced EP, which features this video and six others, in addition to the five new tunes. The O-Pro don’t have anything local lined up for now, as their swinging around the country on tour, hopefully with a van full of boxy green ghosts. They will be dropping in on Houston, though, for the Free Press Summer Fest on August 8. Check out the video below:
